The "Purple Villa" is situated in a blue and green area called "THE LAKE" situated in the northern district of the town of Polis Chrysochous. It is built on a large field whose land proportions extend of six hundred and ninety three square metres. The mansion has two small lounges on the ground-floor- a sitting-room, a dining-room with an open kitchen, a guest-room with its own shower and toilet facilities. The comfortable, in-door staircase takes you to the first floor where the sitting-room, the small kitchen and the three bedrooms are situated, each one with its own facilities. At the sitting-room there is a six-shutter balcony door leading to a spacious veranda.
Right from this veranda an out-door staircase leads directly down to the swimming-pool. There are elementary facility areas adjacent to the swimming-pool, - i.e., dressing-rooms, toilets and showers. Under the two staircases there are small storage spaces, paved with flagstones and painted. The mansion has a parking facility capable of accommodating two cars, and access to it is gained through the kitchen.
